Ambalapuzha Temple

Amabalapuzha is a very famous temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. This temple is located at Allapuzha District in the state of Kerala. Its a very old temple and its a temple that brings a super positive energy. Its one kf of the seven (7) greatest Vaishnava Temples in Travancore. The idol at Ambalapuzha is likened to Parthasarthi form of Vishnu, holding a whip in his right hand and a conch in his left. And this temple is also famous for its Pradad Pal(Milk)Payasam which is a sweet pudding made up with milk and sugar. During the Tipu Sultan raids in 1789 the idol of Sree Krishna of Guruvayoor Temple was brought to this temple for safety it was kept for 12 years. There is also one more thing said that Lord Guruvayurappan visits this temple daily to accept the Pal Payasam offering.
